Meet Khristina

Khristina Cook is a seasoned branding, marketing, and communications leader with 15 years of experience building integrated marketing programs across diverse industries, including hospitality, fashion, tech, beauty, and nonprofit. Khristina is passionate about facilitating social change and fiercely believes in dismantling the systemic and social injustices marginalized communities face, which led her to the nonprofit sector in the latter part of her career.
Most recently, Khristina served as the Senior Director of Branded Communications at the Center for Policing Equity, where she led integrated marketing and communications strategies across the organization’s owned channels to advance its brand awareness and recognition, overseeing the organization’s brand identity, creative design and branded content, collateral, and media.
A career marketer, Khristina has led national and international marketing programs at prestigious companies and nonprofit organizations such as L’Oréal USA, Forever21, Caesars Entertainment, Baby2Baby, the Gary Sinise Foundation, and more. In these roles, she developed and led comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns, including cause-related marketing campaigns, corporate sponsorships, strategic brand partnerships, celebrity and influencer integrations, large- and small-scale events, guerilla marketing campaigns, pop-up activations, and more. Khristina’s work has received placement in the Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, People, The Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Vogue, and more.
