Rachael Marglous is a project management professional with expertise in political campaigns, government affairs, policy research, and nonprofit organizations. She specializes in Agile project management for nonprofit teams, especially in marketing and communications, and takes pride in creating top-tier team infrastructure and maintaining rigor in project lifecycle management.

Rachael has worked with the NAACP, the Texas Democratic Party, nonpartisan campaign and lobbying firms like Calvert Street Group and Clifton Government Relations, and spent four years as a Project Manager for the External Affairs team at the Center for Policing Equity. Rachael graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2022 and is currently pursuing her Masters in Public Administration at American University in Washington, D.C. She is passionate about public service, human rights advocacy, and doing good.
