Planning for the Right Results

Prior planning prevents poor results, but knowing that and knowing what the plan should be can often be miles apart. When trying to secure corporate partnerships with large companies, and with hundreds of thousands of dollars on the line, the right plan isn’t a nice to have; it's a need to have. This was the challenge Connection Point faced, helping a civic action and advocacy nonprofit organization develop a significant corporate partnership strategy.

We worked to outline the structure of a corporate partnership program and develop a strategic outreach plan covering every aspect of corporate partnership development and relationship management.

This strategy was vital in helping them expand their operations, increase their reach, and amplify their impact. Recognizing that no two organizations are the same, we ensured the plan matched our nonprofit client’s unique needs, capacity, and capabilities.
